Delivery Information

  • When will my order be delivered?

Typically, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After your order has been processed, you will receive an email notifying you that it is out for delivery.

  • Billing Information & Payments? What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Shop Pay.

  • The checkout page won't let me place my order. What do I need to do?

For your own safety, we can't tell you why your deal didn't go through. We suggest that you check your credit card and account information again, or try another way to pay. If the transaction keeps failing, you might want to call your credit card company and ask them to confirm the transaction before you finish checkout.

Order Modification & Cancelling

  • Can I change my order or cancel it?

Please visit https://profusioncosmetics.com/pages/track-your-order  to view your order status. You can find your order by entering your email address or order number. You will be able to modify and withdraw orders using the same link.

  • What happen if I want to cancel my order or modify my delivery address after it has been sent out?
Sorry, but the package has already left. If you still want to cancel the order, just refuse the package, and the carrier will send it back to us.
  • I received the wrong/damaged item. What do I do?

Please send us an email at csr@profusioncosmetics.com with your full name, buy order number, and a picture or video of the damaged item(s). Once it is approved, a new one will be sent out! It's that simple!

  • I’m missing an order product from my package! What should I do?

We work hard to make sure that every order leaves with the right things. Please visit https://profusioncosmetics.com/pages/track-your-order  to view your order status. You can find your order by entering your email address or order number. You will be able to request for a refund on the missing item. 

  • Can I exchange some of my products in store?

At this time, you can't exchange online-bought items in shop.

  • I wish to return my purchase because I do not like it. How should I proceed?

 Please refer to our return policy for more information. https://profusioncosmetics.com/pages/shipping-returns .This package can be returned to you at the standard shipping rate of $8.50. If acceptable, you will shortly receive an email with a payment option. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Order Status & Tracking Delivery

  • How do we ship out all of the orders to you?

All orders from Profusion Cosmetics are sent out of California by USPS, Fedex, UPS, DHL. All the major carriers. 

  •  How long does it take to send my package?

Processing times aren't included in the estimated delivery time, and they can take anywhere from 1 to 2 working days. Holidays and other special events can slow down both processing and delivery times.

  • It states that my Order was delivered but it is not here.

If you've purchased transit protection from Route, you can file a claim for the order here.

  • My tracking number is invalid. What am I to do?

Your shipment's tracking information may not be updated until it reaches a sorting facility. Your parcel has been dispatched and is on its way to you if you have received a shipping notification.
