Typically it takes 3-5 business days to receive your order. We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you. Holidays and other special events can slow down both processing and delivery times.

What do I do if I receive damaged products?
If your order is covered by Route shipping insurance you can open a claim here. If there is no insurance added, please reach out to CSR@profusioncosmetics.com explaining what went wrong we appreciate including some pictures too.
