Stolen Items Policies

Delivered but Missing Package Reporting a Missing Package: If your package is marked "delivered" but you have not received it, the package is considered stolen. 

You must file a claim 5 days after the "delivery date" but no later than 30 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or found nearby your premises. 

Delivered to the Wrong Address Incorrect Delivery: If you provided the correct address at checkout and the package was delivered to the wrong address, Profusion Care considers this as a stolen package. We will replace the order on your behalf.

Lost Items Policies

If your package is presumed lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered"), a claim must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the last tracking update for domestic shipments (20 days for international shipments, including Canada). 

Claims must be submitted within 30 days from the last checkpoint update. Additional Documentation: Upon request, Profusion Care may require additional documentation such as proof of identity, a notarized statement, address, etc. 

Estimated Delivery Date After Estimated Delivery Date: If 48 hours have passed since the estimated delivery date with no delivery or update, Profusion Care will consider the order "lost" and assist you with the next steps. 

Invalid Address or Delivery Barriers Undeliverable Addresses: If a carrier is unable to deliver your package due to an invalid address or unexpected delivery barriers, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, Profusion Care does not cover the order issue, and you may be referred to the retailer. 

Multiple Shipments: If your order is shipped in multiple packages and one package does not arrive, Profusion Care will cover the issue or refund the value of the undelivered package. 

Order Stuck in Customs Customs Delays: Profusion Care cannot assist if your order is stuck in international customs. The next step for customers is to pay the customs fees to receive the package. 

Customs Fees for Replacements: If Profusion Care replaces an item and you've already paid customs on the original order, you may need to pay customs fees again. 

 

Damaged Items Policies

Damaged Item Arrived Filing a Claim: Issues for damaged orders must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date. 

Broken Items Disposing of Broken Items: If you receive a broken item (e.g., shattered glass) and need to dispose of it, please follow your local city ordinances for proper disposal. No Return Needed: You do not need to return the broken item to Profusion Cosmetics unless specifically requested. 

Damaged Items Definition of Damaged: A damaged item is considered to be a broken product that is unusable. Providing Evidence: Profusion Care may request additional evidence of the damaged item, such as more photos or videos, to process your claim. 

Customized Items Reordering Customized Items: Due to the specific nature and risk associated with customized products, Profusion Care cannot reorder customized items. Instead, we will offer a refund for the damaged item. 

Out of Stock Items Dealing with Out of Stock Items: Profusion Care does not have visibility into the retailer's inventory levels or restocking timelines. If an item is out of stock, we will offer a refund. Future Availability: You may use your refund to reorder the item when it becomes available again.
