Free Ground Shipping

Enjoy FREE U.S. Ground Shipping on orders of $30 or more.

  • Orders under $30 ship for a flat rate of $8.50

  • Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days (after processing)

Free shipping applies to the contiguous United States only and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, military addresses, and locations not serviceable by standard ground transportation.

Bulk and wholesale orders are not eligible for free shipping.


International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Through our partnership with APC Logistics, most international orders have applicable duties, taxes, and import fees calculated and collected during checkout, helping reduce unexpected charges upon delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are shipped from our California warehouse via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other trusted shipping partners.

Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused items.

To be eligible:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened and in their original condition.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • We gladly replace or refund products that arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Cosmetic damage to the outer packaging alone does not qualify for a replacement or refund if the product itself remains intact and undamaged.
