INGREDIENTS

Brow Pencil (.003oz / .08g): Octyldodecanol,Carnauba,Ceresin,Microcrystalline Wax, Synthetic Beeswax, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Polyethylene, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene.

MAY CONTAIN: Red iron oxide (CI:77491), Black iron oxide (CI:77499), Titanium dioxide (CI:77891), FD&C Red 40 Al Lake (CI:16035), FD&C Yellow 5 Al Lake (CI:19140).

HOW TO USE

1. Comb brow hairs into place with the spoolie brush.

2. Using the ULTRA-FINE BROW PENCIL, create small upward strokes to shape and define. Keep the outer ends of the brows darker and inner brows lighter for a more natural look.

3. For best results, finish with WATERPPROOF TINTED BROW GEL, gliding the brush from the inner to outer edge of the brow.
