1. Wet the included liner brush with clean water, and apply it to the pigment in a mixing motion to activate



2. Once a creamy consistency is achieved, apply as desired and allow it to dry before re-applying.



3. Use shades on their own or mix them up for a your own hybrid combination. ​​
