How To Use

1. Twist to unscrew and release the holographic brow wand.

2. Apply holographic gel to the brows

3. Press your thumbs on the arrows above the 'HOLO GEMS' label and push up to release the cap.

4. Apply gems to the brows before the gel dries (try using tweezers or a gem applicator - not included).

5. Bonus: Apply holo gel to other parts of the face and adhere crystals for a truly meta look!
