Entry into the Profusion Party Squad Program (the “Program”)

To join the Profusion Party Squad, you must be 18 or older and have at least 1,000 followers on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
You may apply to join the Program directly or receive an invitation. If invited, follow the provided instructions to complete your application and set up an account.

Upon successful approval to the Program, you’ll receive a unique promotional code offering a 15% discount for new Profusion Cosmetics customers. This code is intended for your followers and audience who are purchasing for the first time from the Profusion Cosmetics website.
As a member, you’ll also enjoy exclusive perks, early access to new products, and invites to special events.

Sharing Your Code

Once approved, your unique code will be activated within 5 business days. You may share this code on your social media channels, with clients, and within your community.

Your promo code is intended solely for sharing with your personal network (followers, clients, and friends). Sharing this code on discount or voucher websites, selling it, or exchanging it for monetary or other value is strictly prohibited. Profusion Cosmetics reserves the right to revoke the code if we detect misuse or non-compliance with the Program terms.

Discount Terms

The 15% discount is valid on most Profusion Cosmetics products but excludes bundled items, already discounted products, and select limited-edition items. This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

General Guidelines

While participating in the Program, you may not share content that includes political statements, offensive language, lewd or inappropriate images, logos of competing brands, or any other content that could be considered offensive or unsuitable.

Profusion Cosmetics reserves the right to change, pause, or terminate this Program and amend these terms without prior notice.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of the California courts.

'REFER A FRIEND TO THE PROFUSION PARTY SQUAD' TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You can refer friends to join the Profusion Party Squad. Each successful referral enhances our community and helps spread the excitement for Profusion Cosmetics.

To refer a friend, share your enthusiasm for the Program and invite them to apply, noting your referral. Friends must meet the eligibility requirements (18+, minimum of 1,000 social media followers).

This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over with 1,000+ followers on at least one social media platform. Employees of Profusion Cosmetics and associated companies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Any misuse of the referral system, such as spamming or creating non-genuine referrals, may result in disqualification from the Program. Bulk or automated submissions are prohibited and will result in removal from the Program.

Profusion Cosmetics is not responsible for incomplete, lost, or misdirected referrals. We reserve the right to disqualify any individual who appears to manipulate the promotion’s integrity.

By participating, you acknowledge that Profusion Cosmetics may collect, store, and use your information to administer the Program. Your data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, available on our website.

Profusion Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms upon entering.
Profusion Cosmetics shall not be liable for any claims arising from the use or sharing of the promotional code. By participating in the Program, entrants release Profusion Cosmetics from any claims arising from Program-related activities.
Where this Program is hosted on a social media site, it is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by that platform.
