1.Using the matte lipstick side of the dual-ended Lip Dazzler, fill in your lips by starting at the center and spreading outwards.



2.Flip over to the shimmer side of the dual-ended Lip Dazzler and fill in your lips by starting at the center and spreading outwards.



3.Add a second layer as desired.
